One of the most care free relaxing vacations i have ever had. Peaceful spot with gorgeous views. Loved being able to dock out boat. Explore the water and the community. Attentive hosts responded to all our questions and needs.I can't thank them enough.

Beautiful home, beautiful views. The only downfall was one of the bathroom vanity lights didn’t work. They tried to have someone come fix it during our stay, but were unable to. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, allowing us to stay for the weekend and working out all the details to make it happen.

The right place.

The location on the Lakeshore is beautiful with very easy access to scenic views from inside and as well as the shoreline. We spent a good amount of time around and on the dock. The beautiful weather for the week helped in that. The close proximity to town opened up more options and convenience. We also toured the area north towards Lake Winnipeg one day and found a few pleasant surprises. The hosts definitely showed pride in their property. Their appointments to many details in decorating appropriately showied in the heritage their families had built. We came here with the intent of rejuvenation and have not been disappointed.

Beautiful Getaway

Lac du Lakehouse is a beautiful home on the lake. You can feel the love and care in the home from the minute you walk through the doors. My husband and I have stayed in may rentals since we've retired and none of them have been that well supplied. Supplies include all soaps, papers, spices sugars and the list goes on. The Lac du Lakehouse is as described in the listing and Sheena and Chris were terrific to deal with. Its in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and close to town for all your needs....we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much Sheena and Chris.
