Welcome to Villas Vivo! A unique ocean view property nestled on the Pacific Heights mountain between Potrero & Las Catalinas in Guanacaste.

New modern construction, Villas Vivo can sleep up to 14 people (8 adults & 6 kids), offering 4 independent king studio suites; an open air Rancho with kitchen, large dining table, big screen TV, laundry room, powder room; BBQ area with picnic table; and a picturesque infinity pool.

Inside each studio suite you’ll find a comfortable king size bed & a twin day bed. Designed with your comfort in mind, each suite features a kitchenette & spa-like bathroom with rain shower.
You will have the privacy of your own suite, while being able to enjoy the common outdoor areas as a group. Perfect for your next group & family vacation!

It’s equipped with a fully appointed kitchen, a large Costa Rican wood dining table, and a big screen TV for your entertainment. It also has a laundry room & convenient powder room. Whether you’re whipping up a meal with friends & family, soaking in the sunset, or just chilling with your favorite show, this is your go-to spot!

Situated in front of the Rancho, our infinity pool beckons. Perfect for a post-beach dip, a lazy afternoon read, or a sunset cocktail, it’s relaxation redefined.

Don’t miss our serene BBQ area at the back. Tucked in the jungle, it’s your little corner for grilling delights and enjoying the natural vibes.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking in designated area only (BBQ area).
Hosts live on the lot above the property. Strict no party policy.
Community quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

This was an absolutely amazing place, the highlights are:Great, friendly, and very responsive hosts. They live next door but you don't see them until you need their help!Incredible pool and view, just as pictured. Great sunsets and star gazing.Well equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue. We had every dinner there and it is so nice to cook outdoors. Bugs were not an issue.The location is remote enough to be quiet but close enough to town, with access to grocery stores and restaurants.The four bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable large beds and great bathrooms / showers. We would definitely come back!
