Catalina Crossing is perfect for you and your guest to stay while your in Lubbock. Located in the prestige Texas Tech Terrace area, you will enjoy many beautiful parks and lots of places to eat and see on 34th Street.
This prime location is close to Texas Tech and the medical district which is Covenant and UMC on 19th Street.
This 3 bedroom house has a king bed and two queen beds. All are very comfortable and provide firm and soft pillows for your needs. Enjoy an outdoor patio to sit and relax in the warm summer weather.
The entire house is accessible to you and your guests. The entire backyard and the front driveway are also available for you. The one car garage may be used upon request.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Please keep any pets off of the furniture. No cats are allowed.
