DON'T MISS OUT! Book your reservation to stay at this well-maintained, nicely decorated OCEAN FRONT 1 bedroom and 1 bath condominium comfortable for a family of 4. Enjoy the AMAZING VIEW OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN from your private balcony. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 65 inch TV in the living room and WIFI. The unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Enjoy the indoor pool, exercise room & game room year- round. During the Summer Season enjoy the large outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool (provided for children in diapers), tennis, oceanfront volleyball, visit the beach bar & grill, sandwich shop, convenience store & gift shops, elevators, and a storage locker with two beach chairs. Please note there is a $75 Non-refundable Golden Sands Building Amenity Fee Required. Property rents any 3 nights all season.
Guests supplies their own sheets, towels, all soaps, kitchen and bath and paper products (napkins, toilet tissue, garbage bags).
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
No pets, please. Smoking/Vaping is prohibited in units, on balconies and in all common areas, except designated areas. Violators subject to a fine of $1,000. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

A well designed beach themed, single bedroom condo right on the beach in a large condo building with amenities including indoor pool, game room, outdoor tennis and pickle ball courts, tiki bar. The condo unit was very clean and overlooked sun deck and beach on third floor. Rental is bring your own linens and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) but had well equipped kitchen (Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, dishes, glasses, utensils) and included a locker with beach chairs. Great view, easy check in, made for a great weekend getaway

Nice with a touch of irritation

The place is lovely. The view and location are great. What I did not like was arriving to find sand on the floor and in the carpeting, bits of plastic from price tags on the floor in the kitchen and the rug on the balcony, not vacuumed and full of sand. In addition, there was no mention of bringing detergent for the dishwasher, sponges and dishwashing liquid to clean the dishes or garbage bags for the kitchen. This has since been updated since I contacted central reservations; however, they advised me to go to the Dollar Store to purchase these items. I do not feel that this is convenient for any renter to go out and spend more money on supplies that were not mentioned and could have been brought from home instead of enjoying their vacation. Not only did my son and I sweep and vacuum the unit, but then we were told to go out and buy supplies that should have been noted in the listing to bring down from home.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. It is communicated to our guest in several places that they will need to bring all soaps and paper products. It is in bundle that we send when the reservation is made and then again in the arrival letter send a few days prior to your check-in and then again in a email informing type of coffee maker etc. I am sorry if you did not see any of these. I do apologize that the property was not vacuumed properly, had you called us we would have sent the cleaners back to fix what they missed. Again we are sorry for this, but please call us in the future we are happy to help

When we walked in, we automatically said how much we loved the property. We started unpacking and noticed sand throughout the hallway, living room and kitchen so I swept the floor. Needless to say I got a good amount of dirt up that should have been basic cleaning done by the cleaner that is paid to do it. I sent pictures to the owner and he said he was sorry and would talk to his cleaner. Ok I guess although offering to send your cleaner back would have been a better response in my opinion. Then I go to give my kids a bath the day after our arrival and the water gets cold after maybe 3 minutes and the water would not go down the drain. I mentioned both to the owner and asked who was responsible for the water heater as I’d like to know if it was a condo issue or just this unit for rebooking purposes. He did get someone out to check the drain but no response on the water heater so I asked again. Absolutely no response back. I’ve had minor issues at other places I’ve stayed and the owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with. This owner in particular, I didn’t feel great with his responses. The other issue I noticed but didn’t bring up because it wasn’t that serious was the screen door was horrible. I could barely even get it open and closed. The updates were great. If the owner made me feel more comfortable about brining up my minor issues, I probably would have stayed again. Kindness and being responsive goes a long way..
