Great Stay

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a great weeks stay. It was wonderful having a pool, a beautiful beach view, and the ocean just steps away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo and it’s location to anyone coming to the island.

Great Place

The place was exactly what it showed online. Great location gorgeous views. The only things which were minor toaster didn’t work and beach chairs need to be replaced. I would also say that it is a shame that the pigeons won’t stay out of pool. Otherwise we will be back the same time next year.

Perfect place!

Perfect place on the beach. Great layout. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent, pool noodles were great. We even took advantage of the books and games in the cupboard. Tons of pots and pans for the stove but only one pan that is oven safe. Could use some measuring cups/spoons. Remember: no elevator, this unit is above where you park. Advantage to this is a great view of beach! We’d stay again!

Location was good for easy access to beach, restaurants, and off-island shopping. Property is older and could use updating. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had ample dishware and glasses. Beach chairs showed signs of wear and could be replaced. Road noise is loud. Construction was happening in the unit next door nearly all week. This was not disclosed prior to renting and was quite loud. For the price we paid for a eeek, I expected a little higher quality.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would like to Thank Ken and the entire staff at Island Vacation Properties. Roof repairs were being done on our original rental and would not be completed when we moved in. The staff at IVP were concerned with the noise and other disruptions that accompany construction jobs. This was very considerate. Ken offered my wife and I two options that were amazing upgrades on the water. This was a trip for my wife to celebrate her recent retirement. This vacation worked out so well for us. We cannot recommend IVP enough. Thank You all, again.
