A private riverside retreat and winery with luxury resort amenities 90minutes from Melbourne. Includes river beach, canoes, cycling, trampolining, tennis court, gym and 4km nature-walk track.

The River House is a 2 level architect designed home with spacious living areas, designer kitchens, wood fires, entertaining areas, suites with freestanding bathtubs, panoramic water views from every room and large balconies.

The space is great for couples, business travellers, families, kids and groups.
- No outdoor amplified music unless prior approval given
- Only registered guests allowed unless by prior arrangement
- Day visitors to the retreat by prior arrangement only and may incur cost per head
- Access to our water trampoline is seasonal across November - April only
- We are very flexible with extending check-in and check-out times
- Please leave in a clean and tidy state by ensuring dishes are washed, bbq`s are cleaned with products provided, dispose of garbage in large bins provided at back of River House.
- If using tanning products please BYO sheets or there will be charges for stained sheets
- Damages to property will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb
- Lights and AC/Heating to be turned off when away
- No smoking in the house
- Fees apply for lost keys
- Do not use premises for illegal activities
