LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2300+ sq ft home adorned with well-appointed living spaces, complete with TV, ceiling fans, stylish dining table, captivating wood-burning fireplace, and an abundance of plush seating for utmost comfort.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Upstairs master suite has a queen bed, sitting area, TV, and private bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 twin/twin bunk beds. Game room has a sleeper sofa and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Engage in some friendly competition at the ping pong table in the gaming space. Watch your favorite shows on the big screen TVs located in the game room and living room spaces. Guests will also enjoy access to board games and card games. Smart TV and streaming apps with fast WiFi.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the back deck and huge fenced yard while you barbeque in the warmer seasons.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
