Just half a mile to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and a short 5-minute drive to Snow Summit Ski Resort, Big Bear Lake, The Village, and Shopping Centers.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1580+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private bath with double sinks, and deck access. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - A chef's delight, showcasing granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern cabinets, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax by the cozy wood burning stove fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.
