Welcome to Tu Casa! 2 bedroom 1 bath 1000 sq ft. garden suite in beautiful Cordova Bay. Quick assess to Hwy 17 for easy trips to Downtown Victoria, Airport & Ferries, Butchart Gardens, Butterfly Gardens, Sidney, UVIC, Camosun College, hospitals & more. The suite has large windows bringing in natural light & garden views and a private covered patio. Main bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom a Queen. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, full size oven, microwave, 4 slice toaster & toaster oven. Plenty of closets and in-suite laundry room with full size washer/dryer. WIFI & Roku TV. Driveway parking available. Owner lives upstairs. (Guests must be age 13 + and max 4 people.)
