It is perfect for summer lake days and an ideal off-mountain base for Mt Buller, approximately 45 minutes away.

This beautifully renovated architectural home sleeps up to 10 guests and is ideal for families, groups and couples. The spacious open-plan living and dining area features a cosy open fireplace, reverse-cycle heating/cooling, ceiling fans and a dining table for 10. The well-appointed chef’s kitchen makes entertaining easy, with two ovens, two dishwashers, a generous island bench and plenty of space to prepare meals while still being part of the conversation.

Step outside to the expansive entertaining deck with BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining for 10, all positioned to take in the breathtaking lake and mountain views.

The guest wing includes three bedrooms, a family bathroom, powder room and ensuite. The master bedroom has a king bed, one bunk bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is a bunk room with two bunk beds, ideal for children or extra guests.

After a day on the slopes, there is plenty of room for ski gear, plus a drying cupboard in the laundry to keep everything organised and ready for the next adventure.

Guests enjoy luxe eco-friendly bathroom amenities, quality linen, kitchen essentials and a digital house manual with appliance instructions and local tips.

The home is approximately 8 km from Bonnie Doon and 20 minutes from Mansfield, with sealed-road access and ample on-site parking. A short 200-metre walk leads to a private gated lakefront reserve. Hosts Keren and Jon personally welcome guests on arrival.
Rental Agreement: Guests must sign & abide with the rental agreement terms.
Maximum guests: 10 (excluding infants under 2).
Parties & events: Not permitted.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 penalty applies if smoking occurs inside.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise that may disturb neighbours is not permitted
