We were absolutely impressed with our stay. It was spotless and well stocked with everything you would need. We have booked another stay already. Highly recommend.
Great place to stay. My brother and i were in town for an event and it was a perfect spot for us to stay at. Loved hearing the cats run around upstairs...reminded me of home. Definitely recommend
Wow... it was absolutely perfect for our week in Sudbury. Very clean...lots of room...yet so cozy. The hosts are wonderful. Thanks so much Highly recommend it...
This was a work thing where I brought someone I support to their family reunion for the weekend. It was a perfect retreat. Cozy apartment, nice location and wonderful hosts!
Our family of three and our dog stayed for a night on our way east. The yard was lovely and perfect for our dog. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Owners were thoughtful and responsive.
A variety of coffee and teas with a mocha pot was a pleasant surprise. The place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The info book provided gave some helpful tips on hiking trails in the area. The only downfall was there was only on-street parking and entrance was is the back.Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this to anyone staying in Sudbury.

Hello Timothy,
Thank you for the feedback. We do state in the listing that there is only on-street parking and the entrance is at the back. We encourage you to fully review listings to set your expectations, as those are circumstances that cannot be changed.
Best wishes
We absolutely adored this little place. The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Loved all the little added touches i.e. creamer in the fridge for our coffee in the morning. It was a home away from home. Thank you so much. It was very free unlike us having a terrible experience at a hotel in Sudbury previously we will never deviate from this service. Thank you, Sue and Derek.
The location is spacious and well-appointed. It's about a 15-minute walk to the downtown area...the weather ended up being less-than-stellar, so we used a rideshare app called "URIDE" which was prompt and inexpensive. I should mention that for people who have difficulty with stairs or walking on uneven ground, call or message the owner first for details. Wonderful value!
Great ! We had a full kitchen, the beds were very comfortable. The kettle didn't work (E3), but that wasn't a big problem for me. Netflix worked the first night but after that they wanted a sign in for money. Again no problem for me. The only thing I wasn't happy with was parking on the street, but all in all I was impressed with the Lodging.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. I wish you had reached out about the kettle as that is not something we were aware of and would have been happy to replace during your stay. As for parking on the street - this is stated clearly in the listing. We also do not offer streaming services, so you were likely streaming from a previous guest's account. We encourage you to fully review listings so you can choose ones that best meet your needs.
Best wishes
Aspen and Alicia have created a warm and clean space fit for out family of four and dog. Their attention to detail permeates every corner of the space. From the guest book with charming recommendations to the kitchen filled with utensils to cook and bake a nice meal, this apartment is filled with character and charm.
My puppy loved the space and bed that was there for her and my family equally loved the comfortable beds that are in the unit. This unit really made us feel like home and we plan to always rebook.
Aspen and Alicia were also always available to help and very kind. Would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Sudbury!
We are nature lovers and that is part of why we love Sudbury. We enjoy hiking and canoeing, and the surrounding area has lots to offer (without a line up or crowd!). There are also fun festivals held here (such as UpHere and River & Sky) which bring really amazing talent up to our small Northern town.
Why they chose this property
We chose Whittaker Street as our home base for a few reasons. The location is only a 20 minute walk from downtown, yet it's on a quieter street with friendly neighbours. It's been a lovely neighbourhood to walk our dog in, and there are meandering laneways that give it the "little Britain" feeling. Princess Anne Public School is just down the street and has a large greenspace that is dog friendly after school hours, and has a few trails that start there as well.
What makes this property unique
We originally fell in love with the cute blue house as it doesn't have many stairs, which is what we were looking for for our senior dog. The garden beds out front and large trees providing shade to the backyard made it feel like home.
