You will enjoy a well appointed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a rec room with a sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will want to step outside to enjoy nature at your doorstep, and relax under the stars on the porch swing. You will witness the most stunning escarpment views and sunsets!

COUNTRY ESTATE
This is an exclusive retreat surrounded by 40 acres of lush forest and open fields, and with backyard views of Mt. Nemo, and overlooking the escarpment - a picturesque backdrop for your stay. There is an abundance of nature to enjoy right at your doorstep; and as you stroll through the forest trails, do not forget to say hello to our pony and chickens! At night, during summer season, you might want to keep your window open to hear the rush of water from the creek running through. You also want to ensure you do not miss the view of the escarpment at sunset - which is second to none!

CITY NEARBY:
We are perfectly located with close access to the 407/401/403, and 10 minutes from Burlington/Milton, and 20 minutes from the Glen Eden Ski Resort, and an equal 20 minutes from the Burlington Beach, which has beautiful walking/biking trails along the lake, as well as a sandy beach for summertime fun. You can get into Toronto via the GO train (20 minutes), or Hamilton with the famous Tigercats at the Tim Horton's stadium is a 30 minute drive.

GOLFING:
This is a prime location for golf lovers; as it is located directly across the road from Lowville Golf Club, and less than 10 minutes away from multiple other golf courses.

HIKING:
Our property boasts also private hiking trails that meander through the tranquil wilderness, perfect for those who seek a peaceful escape into nature. The Bruce trail is close by, and Mt. Nemo is right in our backyard. This area is a haven of tranquility, ideal for unwinding and reconnecting with the great outdoors.

FAMILY FRIENDLY:
We welcome your littles and big ones; we have a playpen, and additional beds available. Your children will love exploring the outdoors, and we also have toys and activities for their enjoyment. Please inquire!

Guest access
Enjoy the private entrance to our spacious walk-out basement apartment, featuring and cozy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for simple meal preparation.

This apartment, bright and open with beautiful views of the escarpment, offers both privacy and security for a comfortable stay.

Guests also have the option to enjoy exclusive access to our private scenic trails. This includes the enchanting Forest Creek Trails, the serene Sugar Bush trail, and the private toboggan hill.
Other things to note
EVENTS: We recognize that you are coming for a country getaway, and we do allow you to have a few extra guests over to enjoy our space, with the following guidelines:
the maximum number of guests needs to be approved; and there may be an additional surcharge over a certain number of guests (to be discussed and determined based on the nature of the event; please inquire!)

VEHICLE TO RENT: We also have the option of renting out our YukonXL 7 seater SUV; see photos for information.

BEDS: There is an option of either a double bed, or a single bed, and a fold out bed available for additional guests.
