3 bedroom home suitable for the whole family and your pets. Bungalow by the River is within throwing distance from the Shoalhaven River frontage with a boat ramp right next door. 2 bedrooms have queen beds with one bedroom having great views to the River. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed with a trundle bed. The bathroom has a bath with separate shower and includes shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The lounge/dining room has views to the River and has ample space for everyone. Downstairs is an extra bathroom including shower & toilet. Great for washing off the sand after spending the morning down on the river. With water views from the lounge, a bedroom and verandah it has a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the peaceful surrounds. A BBQ is upstairs on the verandah along with 2 lounge chairs so you can relax and enjoy the views. There is a large bbq table & chairs downstairs along with a fire pit. A tub of firewood is supplied for your stay & extra firewood is available to purchase or bring your own when you come. The yard is fully fenced with plenty of room for the kids and pets to run around safely. Off street parking includes a double garage and driveway so room to park your cars and boats.

We have lived in the Shoalhaven area for the past 45 years. Shoalhaven Heads is the gateway to the south coast and the ideal spot to base yourself to discover everything the south coast has to offer. From beautiful beaches - Gerroa, Shoalhaven Heads all the way to Jervis Bay to the many local wineries in the area.

What makes this property unique

Bungalow by the River is only a few short steps from the beautiful Shoalhaven River. With view from nearly every room you can relax and enjoy the view without having to go anywhere. If you do want to do a bit of fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or just relax on the sandy shores of the River you are not even a minutes walk away.
