About this property

Aldgate Creek Cottage

The Aldgate Creek Cottage offers Chalet-style accommodation in beautiful garden surrounds in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. Private yet situated in the heart of Aldgate in the Adelaide Hills, and only 20 minutes from the CBD of Adelaide, the Cottage is the perfect location to explore and relax.

With innovative and luxurious decor, stylish handmade recycled timber furnishings, modern fittings, and polished old baltic pine floorboards, the Cottage is designed for comfort and enjoyment. The inspiring open plan creates a light-filled space, with the kitchen, dining area, lounge, and bathroom downstairs, and the upstairs mezzanine bedroom offering wonderful views out over the garden, plus two balconies that looks out over the creek.

The Cottage is stocked with provisions for a self-catered, continental-style breakfast using quality, locally sourced produce. This includes bread, fruit, milk, juice, jams, tea, and Nespresso coffee – perfect to start your day. These provisions are supplied in generous amounts to cover the first two mornings of your stay.

We would also encourage you to explore the excellent local food scene – there are some fantastic cafes and bakeries nearby, as well as a great local supermarket just a 2-minute walk away if you'd prefer to top up and continue self-catering. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area to make this easy.

We’re also happy to accommodate any specific requests if we’re given at least a day’s notice before arrival – just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Please Note: The Cottage is priced for two adults only and is not suitable for children or babies. Wedding preparations are not permitted unless specifically agreed to at the time of  booking.

Peaceful cottage setting

A beautiful spacious cottage with loft bedroom surrounded by an idyllic country garden. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, modern amenities throughout, and ample breakfast provisions. Many thanks to the friendly hosts for catering to our needs.

Stella & Tony were the perfect guests. Not only were they highly respectful of the Cottage, they were great communicators and just really nice people to have stay with us. We would welcome them here again at anytime.
