Condo in great location, beach and pool areas were kept clean. Condo was very clean upon check in and we had no issues during our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: check in should be at 4PM but we did not get a code to get in this property so I had to call to the office . At 4:20 PM I get an info that AC is leaking so we could not go to the apartment . No coffee cups. no loundry detergent, no dishwasher detergent ., no trash bags .....If you want to trash away you have to go from 19th floor to outside of the building . We paid over $4000 for this apartment . Not worth this money !

Family Vacation

This condo is what you would expect for a condo at Myrtle Beach. The cleanliness of the sinks and bathtubs leave a lot to be desired. None of the bathroom drains would drain unless you held the stopper up for them to drain. The water pressure in both bathroom sinks and the kitchen sink were laughable. Don't get in a hurry to wash your hands or make a pot of coffee... Positives: Location, hot water
