Welcome to Pine House, a luxury fully renovated 4500 sq ft lakefront retreat located in the tranquil bay of Lac Simon. Experience beautiful sunset views while lounging by expansive west facing windows or sitting out on one of three decks comprising 1500 sq ft. Featuring 180 ft of waterfront, a private beach, dock, fire pit and hot tub, Pine House is the ultimate nature escape with all of the creature comforts.
Thoughtfully designed, Pine House features premium finishes including white oak hardwood, natural stone/ marble counters and flooring with custom cabinetry throughout. Every item, whether it be furniture, art, tableware, decor has been artfully curated to a lifestyle of laid back luxury with Mid Century Modern/ Scandinavian vibes.
Comfortably accommodating 10 people, the house is "divided" in 2 parts; the Main House and the Guest House. The Main House includes most bedrooms and large common spaces such as a chef's kitchen, rec room with walk out terrace and living/dining room. The Guest House is a more intimate space designed to be a private hideaway or extension of the Main House.
