Welcome to Southwest Basecamp, a spacious 1,812 sq ft villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Fully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing a serene retreat.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Whether you seek relaxation or plan to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family rooms.

Wonderful Stay!

Fun stay in St. George

My family used this great property as a place to sleep as we enjoyed a family reunion in a home at the Ledges. The property was incredibly clean, well furnished, cute decorations. Property manager was awesome, timely responses, attentive. Two of the rooms were small and beds (2) were cramped in the room with limited walking space and a small bathroom. This home would not be great to host an event but worked great for our needs. Only complaint was that there were two homes near our property in the small neighborhood hosting separate parties with loud music, loud teens/adults, late into the night. Majority of extra parking was consumed by these two events. I am unsure of the rules, so maybe this a common practice. I am fine with a fun loud party but in this type of community, I would expect there to be a curfew or a reasonable time frame to bring a party to an end. With no management on site, it was not addressed.

It is a beautiful property and had some fun features like the game area kids and the balcony patio. Some great walking paths on the golf course. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house itself is nice but not for someone who has trouble with stairs. Had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Great Property

We really enjoyed this property. Great layout inside, with plenty of sleeping arrangements. We liked the pool and courts also. Easy to get to town and the location was scenic. We would definitely stay there again.
