First trip to Destin

Whole experience was awesome and made so much easier with the staff at the condo was nice to see they had security when you pulled it and threw out the condo with clean when we came to the room beautiful view great people working there I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a good spot to stay on the beach with beautiful views of the beach in ocean

Awesome Spring Break :)

Our family of 4 loved this condo! It was in a fantastic location and just as pictured. The beds were comfy and the condo was well stocked. We will be back :)

Good location and good condo. Only criticism I’d have is crappy cox cable connection in the 2nd bedroom does not work… 4 year old couldn’t watch any cartoons on the tv in there but really not a big deal. Everything else was just fine! 5 stars, would return and would recommend.

We have stayed at this property many times, love how it is on the beach and close to everything. Minor dishwasher malfunction, but they were quick to react and informative along the way. Some things you can't control and how it's handled makes the difference.

The bldg was in poor repair. Two elevators out. Water pressure problems. Leaking ceilings, electrical issues with lights shorting out. Check in and check out took way too long. Poor parking for same.

The resort was great - very clean - pools were clean - kids loved the tiki bar - easy beach access - condo was just like the pic - very well stocked kitchen - very clean - only con was bedroom carpets need to be cleaned - over all loved it

I normally don't leave reviews but I really appreciate Compass Resorts letting me check in almost 3 hours earlier. The room was pretty much what I expected in this price range, a bit outdated, but clean and had everything we needed.

Great Place for a small family

We had a really great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Definitely suggest renting beach chairs and umbrellas or you have to set up pretty far back on the beach. It was a crowded holiday weekend, but the pools and other spaces never felt overcrowded. The view is more on the side of the building than directly facing the beach, but it is still gorgeous and you can see the ocean as well as the bay.

Family Trip

This was our first trip to Destin. We wanted beach front and to be able to see the ocean from the balcony. This property did not disappoint. It had more than enough room for 3 adults and 2 kids. We would stay here again if we go back to Destin.

Four day stay

The property is very nice with clean pools and hot tubs. Beach is beautiful. Plenty of parking. The cafe actually has great food atgood prices. I would recommend this resort as it has everything adults need. Great for families also. 1 mile walk to the back porch restaurant, also highly recommended. Skip the snorkeling and go for dolphin watching.

Great Place to Stay

Although there was a lot of updating (painting) going on, the condo was great. The property manager called a day before my arrival to let me know that the dryer wasn't drying loads of towels well and that they would provide fresh towels daily. When I didn't respond to the message, they called again after I checked in to relay the same message making sure that I had what I needed. The staff were very friendly and professional, the pool was clean and the beach access was right behind the pool.

Fantastic balcony view/ and location!

My family had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was ok. Positive features: balcony- view of the ocean and spacious. Condo is also spacious. Kitchen has most of the basics needed. Location of the resort is great, its on the beach and centrally located. Construction is still going on, very loud, and woke us up a little earlier then we would have liked, 7:45am. Mattresses and pillows very uncomfortable. No beach towels at condo and no towel service at pool. We bought beach towels at souvenir shop- no big deal. We washed 2 at a time and it took several hours to dry 2 thin beach towels in the condo dryer. Condo could use a good deep cleaning, especially the dust on ceilings by fan. Check in was frustrating. When I called compass after seeing the text that are room was ready because the online check in was not working. So. I asked if I needed to check in with guest services, she said no, and that everything we needed would be in our room in a welcome basket in our condo. It wasn’t, there was no welcome basket. so we did have to go to guest services to get parking permits and wrist bands for resort.

Fall Break

Fantastic location, clean unit and easy to access. Beach access is very easy and close, would recommend booking chairs very early as that company can be difficult to deal with at times. I would go back again for sure and recommend.
