Condo 406 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, one king size bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. Condo 406 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 2-minute walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Beautiful view of the ocean!

Nice, clean unit. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. The view from the two balconies were fantastic! You couldn't get any closer to the beach and water. Will stay here again!

Our high expectations met.

A great place for much needed respite. As noted above, all was excellent. We needed a place of peace and quiet and they were respected by the staff. Our room was spotless, well appointed, comfortable. The dual showerheads were a pleasant surprise and two great balconies facing the ocean completed a wonderful stay. We will return. Cost was our only concern.

Interupted Vacation

My wife and arrived on Saturday afternoon and found the condo itself to be as stated in advertising. It was wonderful! Very comfy. The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly. However, on the 2nd day of our seven day vacation, a construction company arrived on the property; set scaffolds up from the first to the fourth floor of the West and North side of the building, and began taking off balconies on the sunset side of the building. The noise was unbelievable!!!! Instead of the soothing sounds of ocean waves, imagine multiple jack hammers going from 8:30 to 4 each day directly overhead. By Thursday, we had, had enough and complained to management. They apologized and stated that when we booked our stay, they did not know maintenance work was be scheduled for that week. They also indicated that they notified some of their incoming customers, but somehow we were not notified. Management sought a solution and permitted us to move to another condo. It was not to our liking. Nevertheless, to escape the extremely high noise level, we endured the inconvenience of packing up food and belongings and moved to an inferior condo on the second floor. There was still noise, but at least a more tolerable level. We feel like our vacation was interrupted. Our recommendation to others is: BEFORE YOU BOOK, VERIFY NO LOUD AND DISTURBING MAINTENANCE WORK IS SCHEDULED DURING YOUR STAY!
