Renovated apartment, bright, contemporary, hyper center

Located on the 3rd floor of a stone building with elevator, this apartment has been completely rebuilt in 2012. A new well equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster ...) with worktop, a bathroom with large shower and a bright living room with its 3 large windows facing south with a ceiling fan.
Mezzanine, made by a cabinetmaker, offers plenty of storage space and sleeping in 160 and, for those who prefer, we also have a sofa bed in the living room.
The high ceilings, wood floors and antique stone walls provide lots of charm for this atypical and warm apartment, ideally situated to enjoy the day but also the Bordeaux nights!
Underground parking 300 meters, tram and bike rental day to 10 meters. During your stay, no car needed.
Renowned for its trendy cafés and restaurants in the Golden Triangle of Bordeaux, registered sector Unesco World Heritage.

Wine festival visit

Thierry was great as ourplane was late and he waited for us. Small but good for a city stay for an active couple. The lift is samll and the stairs ate spiral and no rail so not for mobility impairsd. If you want a good location for the sites of bordeaux and nice bars and restaurants this is really good. Also handy for marets, and ood shops

Typisches Bordeaux-Haus, gute Ausstattung, geschmackvoll möbliert, sehr zentral gelegen, hübscher Platz mit Cafés gleich um die Ecke, Vermieter sehr nett. Bett auf hoher Empore, gutes Schlafsofa unten.

Minimal cleaning

Property well located..there is night noise with tram but also elevator/hall noise. The upper sleeping area is not high enough..we felt that the overall cleanliness was negleted..floors with dust..TV STAND ETC. NOT DUSTED.perhaps regular housekeeping did not make it our week week. A little disappointed 😞

Charmant appartement en plein centre de Bordeaux

Thierry nous a accueilli dans ce studio très bien situé (plein centre) à Bordeaux. Tout était très propre à notre arrivée et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner (jus d'orange, café, biscotte...) était présent. Nous avons même eu le droit à une bouteille de vin! Notre hôte a été très accueillant et nous a conseillé sur les choses à faire/visiter en ville. En somme, un très bon séjour passé. A noter cependant que la rue peut être un peu bruyante dans la soirée (bruit du tram, gens qui parlent fort).

We loved our stay at this lovely studio. It contained everything we needed and was closed to a large variety of restaurants, wine bars and attractions in Bordeaux. Thierry was a very generous host and we'll definitely book the apartment next time we visit Bordeaux.

Aceptable apartment in general, convenient location near the city center

Building is not very attractive inside, dark, narrow and not very clean. Spiral stairs are dangerous to use and the lift is really small. The apartment is nicely decorated, small but has a lot of light due to it's big windows. The bathroom is nice and new, but also quite narrow (especially to use the toilet). Not suitable for light sleepers, as the trams go on until late night and start again 5am. Finally the "flying" bed is really awkward to reach (be careful when you go down in the mornings!) and too close to the ceiling to even sit up to read. They need to fit in a sofa bed for customers with vertigo... In any case the stay was good and Thierry was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks Thierry!

Hell und mit Charme mitten im Geschehen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ganz nah an der Garonne. Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants aber auch mehrere kleine Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Man kann nach anstrengender Stadterkundung schnell mal eine Pause "Zuhause" einlegen. Die Wohnung hat ihren eigenen Charme, ebenso wie der Ausblick auf die schönen Häuserfassaden gegenüber. Auf dem Hochbett lässt es sich sehr bequem schlafen, das Sofa ist ein wenig durchgelegen. Das Bad ist klein, aber funktional, die Kochecke bietet einen Toaster. Koffer und Einkäufe kann man mit dem Fahrstuhl bequem nach "oben" transportieren. Nur drei Sterne, weil die Straßenbahn pausenlos unter den nur einfach verglasten Fenstern vorbeirattert und ständig bimmelt. Nach 2 Nächten und mit Oropax stört das dann allerdings gar nicht mehr.

Tout va bien!

L'appartement est confortable, très bien aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Thierry est vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Ce n'est pas le lieu le plus paisible de Bordeaux la nuit mais son emplacement si central Cours Alsace Lorraine est aussi un grand atout. Nous espérons beaucoup retourner dans ce joli logement.
