Great value and a great stay
We stay here whenever we visit my family in Apollo. It is great for our family of 6. The building is clean and safe. The owner is friendly and attentive to anything we need.
Nice area. The place was as expected. Really good for small groups or like a couple. Close enough to lots of places to go or things to do. Would stay again.

Fantasic stay
The apartment was clean and smelled nice. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Having an elevator was an added bonus. The sitting area outside was beautiful, so many awesome things to see. I would stay here again.

Really Bad Smell Upon Arrival
The 1st night was awful with the smell... just really musty and gross. We opened all the windows for an entire day and washed our sheets at my MILs house and tried to air out the comforters. It got rid of 70% of the smell. Also, there were no teaspoons [only 4 tablespoons] to eat our oatmeal. It wasn't secure at all, anyone could walk in at any hour of the day or night. And, not sure if the cafeteria could be used, we only discovered it by walking around.

The doors are kept unlocked to allow easy access for guests and staff.-We haven’t received feedback about odor concerns before, as the room is rented frequently, but we’ll look into this to ensure a fresh experience for all guests.-All linens, including sheets and comforters, are professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival.Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re addressing your concerns to improve the stay for future guests, and we hope we have the chance to host you again!

Our room was like a home rather than apartment. Theres room/needs a full sized freezer. No ice, EZ fix tiny frige. Carpets were old, warn & frayed( only living-room). EZ fix.But overal very spacious, spotless updated bathroom, and the windows were HUGE! Second floor is inside tree canopy! Extremely Amazing forest like space!!!Just 2 sugestions/FIX needed.Brad & Leon (So.Cal res).

Beautiful neighborhood, safe, quiet
Our room was perfect except the carpet. Very old, worn, multiple cigarette burns and other random perm marks. Otherwise, everything else about the room was perfect…The view, beds, bathroom, large space. Some people would be put off by the mountain of unopened amazon/post office packages in lobby. And the mailboxes are all open randomly. With all locks gone! Looks very like in projects. Just put them away! The area around the “ mess hall” is very literal. Every day there were garbage bags pilled up by back door and the entrance to mess hall kitchen.Upstairs my our room theres a rocking chair in hallway with a bowl of cat/dog food on-top of a blanket and a couple random items on floor next to chair. Best I can figure its an tribute to dead pet. Thats cool in a personal residencebut not in a public space. Many people would be really put off by that. I’m s pet owner i have pictures and ashes of my past pets. In MY HOME. But if I had a air b&b id never do rhat. If you can overlook the negative issues that are in common areas its an excellent apartment in a amazing and safe neighborhood! I would go back.( but after this review they will probably not want me back). If they adressed the issues I mentioned it would be PERFECT!! The bedroom(s)Carpets are fine. The living room area is fairly small so replacing that flooring would make the apartment PERFECT for not much$$
