Nestled at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac, just steps away from the prestigious IMG Golf Course and close to Bradenton Beach, this split-level 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool home offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The house felt roomy and comfortable

It's a great layout for spending time together. The private pool and outdoor seating were perfect for relaxing, especially in the evenings. It's in a nice, quiet area but still close to the beach and local spots, which made it easy to explore. The kitchen was well‑equipped, and the bedrooms were cozy. Overall, it was a really nice place for a family getaway.

Pool was disappointing, cold even after heat was turned on. One of the reasons we selected the house. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with as much cookware as we’ve experienced in previously rented homes. It was clean, in a great neighborhood.

Good Location A mess , and when called the staff member wanted to schedule a maintenance three days later !!!!! An odor like mold in the whole house And this was never service prior for freshness and clean the property . The pool was a mess

Parking was good. Check-in easy. Neighborhood is great and 15” from beach depending on traffic.. Layout was good, sleeping situation as described. Kitchen was disappointing as it was not adequately equipped for even basic meal prep. The area by the garage was Covered in plywood very unsightly. We could not determine what the strange smell outside was, either coming from under the house or the area behind the house .?Had asked for pool heater to remain on and yet it was not and had to be restarted resulting in cold pool, While those in the neighborhood had water warm enough to swim.This was our first VRBO rental. Standards There was a Toaster oven, but no toaster, even after 3 communications . No complimentary starter pack of coffee found in economy hotels.

Excellent house, wonderful large pool, bright and clean home, good parking, everything worked perfectly, the air conditioner kept the place cool. The location is great—only about a mile and a half from Target, Walmart, and other stores, as well as close to the beaches. I definitely recommend this property! Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. I highly recommend it and plan to return to this home next year.

great place to stay

We had a great stay . Check is was easy. The place is very clean and well stocked although I would suggest maybe more trash bags, especially for a three day stay there was only one television in the entire home just an fyi for anyone who has smaller children I would highly recommend the grill being replaced other than that I have no complaints. the pool was great and the beds were very comfortable

Deceptive description

Arrived at property - dirty with safety issues. We feel like our standards are average. The carpet, floors and air circulation filter were filthy. Pool - heater broken (paid for heated pool). It was 66 degrees. The pool had to be super shocked after 10 days of waiting for heater to be replaced. Top step on deck to pool ready to fall apart. Steps up entrance missing/loose trim (trip hazard). No smoke detector. Guest beds (both rooms) missing supports underneath. Felt like you were going to fall through. Very uncomfortable living room furniture. We wish we could attach photos. The main reason we picked this place was the pool. We could only use it three days out of the 20 days we were there. There were a few good things. The kitchen was spacious and had good appliances. All the mattresses were comfortable. The bathrooms were all clean, except for the vent fans were very dusty. The representative worked with us the best she could. Lucy was attentive to our issues and worked hard for us.

The pool cage was removed but not all the bolts in the concrete.I left a propane tank so you can use the grill. I don’t think picks up the yard or the mowing crew just runs over all the left over trashPlace could’ve been swept better but nice house and nice neighborhood he a good time

Clean and comfortable. The add did not tells the pool was an extra charge of 25 per day 45 to turn it on! The door walls were nearly impossible to open. need to be replaced. A nice unit otherwise.

Pleasant vacation

My wife and I stayed for a total of four nights. The property is located in a really nice and safe area, close to just about anything and everything you could possibly want. The house is very spacious and appeared sorta stark. It's clearly used as just a rental. Nothing on the walls, extremely uncomfortable living room furniture and the master bed was like sleeping on a park bench. The pool was really nice, and plenty of deck chairs to relax in. Both the house and kitchen were nicely supplied. Drawback...would have to be the cleanliness of the property. Excellent communications with management.We are considering returning in late summer.

Friends get-away

It was a good location, close to stores. The pool is very nice. The home is nice but a little outdated. The kitchen is large and spacious for many to occupy. The downfall was, we were a group of 6 adults and ran out of some essential paper supplies. When I asked for more supplies I was told that "Gulf Coast properties are "self-catering accommodations". I never heard of this before & wasn't sure if that was mentioned in the description on VRBO, however, once you run out of the starter set they give you, it's the guest's responsibility to replenish them during their stay. Myself and my guests weren't too happy. Other than that, the house was ok. We will not be returning.
