This was our first time in this unit, but we have stayed in this building many times before. The pictures in the listing are current and well reflect the beauty of the unit. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, appliances (Keurig, etc.). The mattresses were VERY comfortable memory foam. The water pressure is much better in this unit compared to others in the building. Our only regret is that we did not have access to a sand closet outside of the unit and only 2 beach chairs were provided. We had to carry everything up and down each day when we went to the beach. Our previous stays, in other units, have included a sand closet in the garage with chairs for 6-8 people, umbrellas, beach toys, etc.Overall, it’s a GREAT unit and we have already booked our trip back for next year.

We’re sorry that the lack of a sand closet and having only two beach chairs made your beach days a little less convenient. Beach equipment is not a required amenity for our owners; while some owners do choose to provide beach items, we’re unable to guarantee their availability or inventory. For that reason, we do not list beach gear as an included amenity. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back next year!
