We offer our Hale to you to enjoy the benefits of staying in one of the largest Apts. in our surrounding location, right in the Heart of Waikiki.

Our large open floor plan is fabulous featuring a living/dining room combo. All 1 Bedroom apartments have a private lanai for your enjoyment.

Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen for cooking including a refrigerator, oven and gas range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Also provided are pots/pans, plates, dishes, utensils, and glassware.

The Apt. has A/C, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ceiling fans. Apt. is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, DVD Player, and remotes.

On-site coin-operated Laundry facilities are located on every other floor of our building for your convenience.



Parking is based on availability, and we offer the best daily rate in town at $12 p/day or any portion thereof. Please let us know in advance if you need parking.

Check-In and Check-Out times are better than a Hotel! Check-in at 3:00 pm and Check-out at 12:00 Noon.
No Worries about Contactless checking in and checking out, we will have instructions for checking in and out of your Apt. using our convenient Lock-box system.

Any booking over 180 nights may incur additional charges.

Very well located and good value for money. Close to everything, especially the beach and public transport. Great interactions with Robert and welcoming to university students. The condo had everything needed for the stay and was spacious enough for 4 comfortably.

Great location

Good sized, no frills apartment close to the heart of Waikiki beach. Excellent shopping and restaurants all around this location. You can purchase a monthly bus pass as there is a bus stop (arriving every few minutes) at the end of the block. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

Nice size one bedroom

The location is a side street that is quiet by Waikiki standards. There was a bit of a hiccup at checkin but things worked out well. This is a somewhat large apartment for Waikiki. This was a very nice stay for a month in Hawaii. I hope to stay here again.

Just a few blocks to restaurants and Waikiki. Non-ocean view of mountainside was quite nice. Available parking is very convenient. Apartment decor is basic but very functional. We plan to come back again. Thanks!

Booking a 3 month stay through to completion of the stay.With assistance in completing contract from the management for the stay, the onsite manager (Zoraida) making us so welcome upon arrival and continually through out our stay, ensuring and assisting with anything we required. Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla famosa spiaggia di waikiki, appartamento spazioso. Una particolare nota merita la signora Marta che è stata gentilissima ed efficiente nel procurarci alcune cose che mancavano (pentola per la pasta, frullatore, ombrellone). Nice apartment right on Waikiki beach - wonderful place to stay

Stayed here with my wife and kids and really enjoyed our time here. It's within walking distance to Waikiki beach, and the apartment has an amazing view of the mountains.

Beautiful apartment and very well located

The apartment is very nice, in a very convenient part of Waikiki. The lady that works is very friendly and helpful too. However the building is quite old, the washing/dryer machines weren't properly working but I heard they will replace them. The apartment is for 4 people but initially, it was only me. Later on, a friend came for a couple of weeks and I was charged extra for having him overnight. That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. So if you rent it, make sure to tell them initially if you will have people staying with you. The kitchen could have better equipment too. Glasses, potato peeler, food storage, knife for cooking, etc. Hopefully they can improve that.

Relaxing getaway for a family reunion!

My family was able to reunite after over a year apart at this stunning spot in Captain Cook! It was a bit of a harrowing drive to arrive but Terri shared helpful and clear instructions for our arrival. The house itself was an oasis: clean, well-decorated, comfy, and it had amazing sunset views! We all enjoyed a lovely stay here.

The Heart Of Waikiki

We had a great visit during our stay. The appartment was roomy and what we expected from the pictures. You are in walking distance to everything in Waikiki and access to terrific public transportation. The view of the mountains was beautiful. Pat, the property manager, was very helpful and accommadating to any of our needs or requests. We would definately stay again.

The best way to experience Waikiki

Annastacia is a terrific recent part of the team overseeing this property. The photos do a nice job of showing the varieties of apts in the building. This was our 2nd visit to these apts and we were very sad to end our stay. Pat, the manager was helpful and responsive. She made sure all the little details necessary for a comfortable stay were taken care of. We did not experience any problems related to noise that sometimes was from other nearly properties. We could walk everywhere in Waikiki and the buses run nearby. No bug problems as we removed trash daily. We can't wait to return.

Best Value in Waikiki, Great Apartment!!!

My husband and I stayed in this unit for all of June and July 2014, and we could not have been happier. The apartment is exactly as is shown in the picture. This is probably the largest one-bedroom unit you'll find in Waikiki at any price. The location was excellent, centrally located in the middle of Waikiki within Walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. Both property managers were very helpful and accommodating. Annastacia did the booking for this property really went out of her way to make sure that everything was in order and Pat (bi-lingual) was very helpful on a day to day basis. The apartment stay surprisingly cool during our stay, and we never had to use the ac. The only downfall for this place is that it can be noisy, but that was expected being right in the middle of all the action of the city.
