Hinterland Dreamers Poolside Retreat ~ Pet Friendly!

Our beautiful eco-luxury dreamers' Hinterland retreat has been perfectly set up to welcome all types of stays; from romantic getaways, (we've had marriage proposals on our stunning balcony!), to family and friends reconnecting, and or well-being retreat groups / corporate groups looking to retreat, reconnect in nature, relax and rejuvenate. It is also a wonderful place to spend a special birthday and or occasion with your beloveds, creating memories to last a lifetime!

For growing families, it's the perfect place to enjoy quality time in the large pool with a view, or over home cooked meals and or BBQ's, while playing a game or two and enjoying the stunning sunset views from the balcony!

We have jumbo size games for children - and or adults to enjoy! You'll also find yoga and meditation equipment (10 mats provided) for those looking for well-being options.

The plentiful spaces indoors and outdoors are conducive to all guests enjoying some solo time and or comfortably together.

The property has 5 generous bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom offers a king size bed (and or split singles) and ensuite, with views of the pool. The remaining 4 bedrooms have wardrobes and offer king beds and or split into single beds. There are 3.5 bathrooms. Quality hotel linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Guests love the natural light received indoors. It has a breezy and open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens up to a large outdoor entertaining space on the undercover balcony, with a dining table, bar stools and bench overlooking the pool and stunning Hinterland views, rocking chairs to relax in and a BBQ to enjoy!

- 5 Bedrooms:** All bedrooms have either king beds - or we can split into single beds.

- 3.5 Bathrooms:** Upstairs is 1 full bathroom, 1 ensuite bathroom and downstairs is 1 full bathroom w/- bathtub and a stunning view of the surrounding nature and an additional toilet and vanity.

- Linen:** Quality hotel linen and towels provided.

- Spacious Kitchen & Open-Plan Living:** Open-plan kitchen with modern electric appliances including oven, 4 burner stove-top, microwave, and a full range of baking goods and cooking utensils. Essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper are provided. We also have an Esspressotoria coffee pod machine and milk frothier available for your use (some coffee pods supplied).

- Dining:** Inside 8-seater dining table and large living area leading to an expansive roofed balcony with BBQ and additional 10-seater dining table, bar table & 4 stools, 2 rocking chairs, and stunning sunrise and sunset views!

- Pool:** Large stunning pool with infinity edge and panoramic Hinterland views and sun lounges w/- umbrellas available.

-Large Deck area:** An extensive deck area available for meals and gatherings and or well-being sessions of all modalities.

- Digital:** Free WiFi, 2 smart TVs, and air conditioning throughout.

- Activities:** Jumbo-size games, card and board games, 10 yoga mats, and meditation equipment provided.

- Fire pit:** Gather around our fire pit underneath the stars! For use outside of fire ban periods. Guests are to supply their own fire wood, kindling and matches & or lighter.

-Please note; we are on 2 acres and in front of the house is a lot of vegetation. We have paved a large pathway throughout for people to walk and enjoy - we need to further refine this aesthetically. For the most part of this pathway, it's on a hill so we do ask that you enjoy with caution - safety first :)

We ask our lovely guests to be conscious of the energy and water supply used while staying with us. Together, let's aim to reduce our carbon footprint! :)

- Access:** Keycode entry provided upon booking. Gated 2 car carport available.

- Cleaning:** No services for stays under 7 nights; available for longer stays at an extra cost

- Pet Friendly:** Pets are supplied with an outdoor 1.5 x 3m pet house. We do not allow pets inside the property nor on the balcony or in the pool area. Pets are to enjoy the plentiful grassed areas only (please note; there is some unsecure fencing around the perimeter of the 2 acre property) Our full Pet Policy is supplied upon booking. $50 cleaning fee applies.

- Noise Policy:** Strictly no loud noise or parties and no noise after 10pm in compliance with local laws and in respect the tranquil neighbourhood and local wildlife. There is no use of the balcony, pool and or fire pit area after 10pm.
