Private BBQ area.
Complementary mini bar provided . No alcohol.
Suitable for business travellers, families (with kids), and small groups.

This is downstairs of a Queenslander style house recently renovated . It has 2 private entrances with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 bedroom with ensuite). Fully equipped kitchen and Laundry.
Our house next door is also Airbnb. The swimming pool is shared with all the guests.
This home can accommodate 8 people.
We live next-door, should you require assistance, we are home most days and can help and guide you to a great stay or you can go your own way.
Private entrances front door and back door . If you need to interact we are always contactable.
We are in a high residential area. No parties can be allowed. Noise must be restricted from 10pm.

perfectly nice place

no issues at all. It was clean. Good communication with host, very flexible when I made an error and hoped to cancel 2nd night at last minute. Would stay here again.
