The property was fabulous!! the latch system took a minute to figure out but was easy after I got the hang of it. the location is perfect as it was walking distance from everything we wanted to do. the only downside of this property for me was as follows:1. The bedroom was pretty small which means the bed had to be too small. for me at 6'4". a queen bed is just too short. We had to move the TV that was on a stand, out into the Livingroom to make space for my wife to walk around the bed. Maybe consider mounting that on the wall to free up floor space. We didn't use the tv so that really was no big deal. 2. the bedroom faces the strip. That makes the view fantastic, but the noise became a factor on Saturday when they play music until 3am. I am old (49) and in bed by midnight and the snare drum sound carries. In addition to that, there seems to be a lot of emergency vehicles that run about every 10 minutes making it harder to sleep. 3. there was some staining inside of the shower curtain. some was just mold, but there was something that looked like blood on the curtain as well. It really didn't bother me as I understand how that happens, but in a rental space, it could be a turn off to others. The pool and hot tub area was absolutely fantastic. it was rainy so we only used the hot tub, but it was a great area for grilling, chilling or water activity. the windows were floor to ceiling making the view of downtown spectacular. I would stay here again, but with earplugs!
