THE BEST location possible! Would stay here again. The apartment itself is amazing. Everything you need for your Nashville stay. Knocked off one star because the building needed some love. Our floor smelled so bad like animal waste. The elevators aren’t fully operational and there are 3 for 34 floors. The balconies were not kept up. But the unit is great. The location can’t be beat so I’d say there again!!

Amazing location

Can't beat the location or unit itself. A little tough to talk owners, but when we needed them they were right there. Place was spotless and buildings amenities were great. Bedroom was plenty big enough for a king size bed, so just wished it was bigger than a full size.

Broadway Stay

This was our first time to Nashville and the location of this rental could not have been more perfect! The property was very nice, clean, had everything we needed and we felt very safe throughout our stay. We did not receive check in instructions until 30 minutes before check in and had delayed responses from the property manager which was frustrating and was the only reason we could not give this property an excellent rating.

GREAT PLACE in NASHVILLE

Our stay was great! This apartment is located right smack dab in the middle of everything associated with Broadway. It is super easy to dart out to eat, shop, or drop in and out of the restaurants and bars. Beautiful 8th floor pool overlooking the street...(great for people watching). Use of the app "LATCH" provides upscaled security. Be prepared to pay for Valet Parking.

Horrible Communication

The location and apartment itself are excellent. You better hope everything meets your needs upon arrival because it's impossible reaching anybody after check-in. We had a pull out couch reserved in our unit. The couch did not pull out and we ended up sleeping on a small couch for 4 days. Also, there were no bars of soap in unit. We washed with Shampoo for 4 days. I've been back for two weeks now and still trying to reach Global. They have yet to respond. Once they get your money, you're on your own.

Nashville Stay

This property was very nice and very conveniently located to Broadway. From now on, as long as these apartments are available when we come to Nashville, we will be staying here.. only downfalls were 1. They did not respond very fast in the vrbo app, I’m talking multiple days to respond to messages. Luckily i was able to communicate with the company via email after receiving my confirmation email and just replying to it. So I was able to have my questions answered that way. And secondly when arriving to the parking garage there were no further instructions on how to get to the apartment, so we walked around the garage aimlessly and even went up the wrong elevator until someone working for a different building told and showed us where to go. Once that was figured out. We loved our stay.

The Perfect Location

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the apartment, right in the heart of 5th and Broadway shopping and dining! Steps away from the fun of Honky Tonk row! The apartment was beautiful with fantastic views. Almost everything you could possibly need is provided (dishes, cups, coffee.) I would suggest bringing your own toiletries if you have a preference. The host kindly provided lotion and shampoo, but we had to run down to Walgreens for soap and conditioner. Thankfully, it's walking distance! While you are there you can get snacks and drinks to fill the fridge! One thing I wish I had known was the building name!!! When you park in the garage, you have no idea where to go. They building is called The Place and if your Latch is already working when you arrive, you can take the elevator on B1 of the garage right up to your apartment. There is also an entrance on the promenade next to the ice cream shop and Slim and Huskies. The main lobby is off Broadway and you have to walk up a driveway ramp to get there. The only negative we experience we had was from 2:30am - 3:30am Saturday morning there was the loudest club music I've ever heard blaring through the streets. We were on the 14th floor and it sounded like it was in our apartment. We couldn't sleep and couldnt address it because it was literally coming from everywhere. It was just an hour though and the music was kind of good. Hope that helps! We will definitely stay here again!!

Phenomenal Location

The check in process was very difficult leaving us worried that we might not actually have a place to stay. However, access to the building was resolved within 15 minutes. There needs to be a better explanation of how to use the Latch app and how this app works within the community (access to building/elevators/room) as it is not very intuitive. A better explanation on how the elevators work, where to park, and how to get to the building would also be helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful with amazing views of Broadway. Steps away from all the attractions of Broadway. The apartment was mostly clean other than a moldy shower liner. Otherwise the unit was clean and well maintained. It is VERY noisy at night from the action on Broadway (music usually until 3 am which you can hear in the bedroom). This is a great unit for folks wanting to go out on Broadway! Just know that the party will continue in your apartment!
