The house is very tired in certain places. Front door lock loose leaving the property not feeling very secure. Evidence of break and enter in the front door that has just been painted over. Glass panel's on the front door missing frosting leaving it completely open for anyone to look inside.Windows not working/broken, screens fallen out on certain windows. Main King bed broken with evidence that it has been for while as it was very choked up underneath, therefore the main bedroom is unusable. Cat poo in the front yard leaving a extremely strong scent that drifted throughout the house. all the bins were overfull on arrival with a full day to go before bin day (arrived Wednesday, bin day Friday). Power points loose in wall and some with no covers on. In the study area there was food left on the floor underneath the ornament, leaving me to believe the cleaners don't clean under things or move them to clean. extremely small clothes line that would not even fit one load on it, especially for a house that can sleep up to 8 people. No dryer at the house. The bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean which was a plus, however the gas stovetop has to be manually lit as the gas line when on is faulty, the gas lighter that was provided was empty. I think it is important for people to know that you are offered a bonus discount on future bookings if you leave a 5 star review, so I wouldn't trust all the 5 star reviews of this property.
