Only a 15-minute drive to the Falls, Clifton Falls, Outlet Mall, Golf Courses, Canada-USA border and other points of interest.
The space
Welcome to our luxurious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly built townhouse, open concept located in a quiet family-friendly neighbourhood. Close to a variety of amenities: Grocery Store, Walmart, Costco, and many restaurants.

This is the perfect place for the budget-conscious traveller to unwind while enjoying the comfort of home away from home.

Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pot, pans and utensils.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home except for the storage closet in the passage upstairs and a room in the unfinished basement. The latter is reserved for the Cleaning Staff.

No shoes are allowed inside the home. Please leave all shoes/boots at the front on the boot tray provided. We are obsessed with cleanliness!
No food /drinks are allowed upstairs. We would hate to be put in a position to charge our guest/s for any damaged/stained linens, towels or rugs.
Place dirty towels in the laundry room. Close all windows, turn off the AC, lights, and appliances. Put any excess garbage in the garage.

Very clean. Nice location, close (within 20 minutes) to Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls. Quiet environment. Clean, well equipped, quiet stay!

We absolutely loved the property and would stay there again! It is a new construction neighborhood but this particular house is on a street that is complete and we had no problems with noise whatsoever. Located about 15 minutes away from most attractions and very little traffic. Very easy to get to and from places and lots of convenience located near us such as restaurants, walmart, pharmacies, gas, and coffee. Inside the house is extremely clean and well-equipped. Sufficient towels provided as well as sheets, blankets, and pillows for the bed. Some toiletries provided. Plenty sufficient to get started. There isn't sufficient space for a family to sit and watch TV. There is a very small couch that is not family friendly. I brought my beach chair in and set on that to watch tv. Mind you, we were not at the house much, but would have been nice to have somewhere to relax when we got back from a long day. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable! Bathrooms are plenty big enough. Post was very quick to respond to any questions. I didn't have any concerns, just overall questions and she was always very quick to respond. She even provided some entertainment and food options because we are not at all from the area, which was very much appreciated. Overall, excellent experience and would absolutely return to this property again!
