It's completely impossible to be bored here. From walking through the 28 acres of heritage listed forrest, swimming in the pool or dam, playing or learning guitar, the drums, the piano or just playing games in the games room, skating or scootering on the full size skate ramp, visiting the winery next door, working out in our alfresco gym, warming yourself by the fireplace or just relaxing upstairs with the view or downstairs with the most comprehensive BBQ setup in the country. You will love every minute here.

Departing checklist • Please turn off all lights, inside and out. • Ensure the heating / cooling is turned off. • Oven, BBQs and hotplates are wiped clean. • House is generally neat and tidy.

• All crockery, glasses and cutlery left clean in cupboards/ drawers. • All food removed from Fridge and fridge wiped clean. • All doors are locked. • All inside bins are emptied into the outside bins

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not bring your own speakers to our house. We provide bluetooth speakers in the house, games shed and pool area. No other speakers please.

This is the best family holiday home we have ever stayed at. The house comfortably fit the 3 families. The kids were always occupied with all the activities. Kurt was extremely helpful and provided everything we needed. It was great walking around the property and seeing the wildlife including the koala.Can’t wait to get back there.

The Perfect Stay

I had an amazing stay at this STAYZ! The host was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the private spaces, like games room and a BBQ area. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Unbelievably Fantastic

Every aspect of our start was phenomenal. Communication was eventful; Kurt was very helpful in numerous ways. The property is breathtaking and magical. We would Dust here again in a heartbeat. Roomy, recruiting well equipped and entertainment galore!

Great house, amazing pool area and beautiful location

This place is a beauty. Perfect size for larger groups, nice sized bedrooms, brilliant upstairs entertaining area and views. The outdoor space is better than photos can suggest. You don’t want to be anywhere else. Kurt (the host) is super accommodating and organised giving us all the information needed. Can’t wait to come back again to stay sometime. A solid 10/10.

Perfect place for family getaway

Fantastic location not far from the city but you feel like you’re out in the country. The house was in great condition, plenty of room for everyone. No one got bored, there is plenty of entertainment. Kurt, the host, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Sinclairs Gully winery had a music event on which was lovely. The wine tasted amazing and only a short walk to get there. The Scenic hotel was also a nice place to have lunch.

We moved to the Adelaide Hills from Victoria in 2012 with our young family. Having sold a holiday rental houses in Victoria we set about building our best ever short term rental property. We have a real passion for delivering a unique and memorable holiday experience that keeps our guests coming back. It has been so much fun setting this house up, from the bespoke furniture that I made in our shed to the games room that has come straight from my dreams as a teenager. That enjoyment lingers on as we continually add new things to the property. Should you choose to come and stay I'm confident that all of your group will remember your stay for years to come (-:

From the games shed and skate ramp to the BBQ kitchen, 4 lounge spaces, the pool and the private walking trails through the forest (where guests recently spotted Bookbook owls, Koalas, Wedge tail eagles and black cockatoos) you just can't be bored here (-:
