With your request we will provide guest access to the PML golf course, tennis, horseback riding, paddle boarding, boating or just enjoying one of the many beaches in PML. Also located within walking distance of historical downtown Groveland, California, with shopping & restaurants and minutes away from Don Pedro Lake.

The inside of the home is welcoming and comfortable, equipped with a smart TV but, you might just want to grab a sleeping bag and lay on the deck to take in the breathtakingly clear night skies and view the magic of the starry nights in the Sierras. In the morning, wake up to a cup of coffee and enjoy it on the wrap around deck while again, taking in the beauty of this area. This home is located on 2.5 acres of beautiful land. Although the inside of the home is stunning, you might just want to grab a sleeping bag and lay on the deck to take in the breathtakingly clear night skies and view the magic of the starry nights in the Sierras. In the morning, wake up to a cup of coffee and enjoy it on the wrap around deck while again, taking in the beauty of this area.
