The property was very close to the Melbourne Convention Centre which was great. Unfortunately the property was not properly cleaned with carpets looking and feeling like they needed cleaning hence made us want to keep shoes on. The bed linen and towels were clean but bedside tables were dirty. Nothing felt fresh and clean apart from linen. The smell in the apartment was overwhelming in a bad way. There were 4 fragrance diffusers in the apartment which caused a sore throat and serious side effects for my travelling companion with asthma attacks each time she was in the apartment. We were unable to relax in the space because it felt grotty. Venetian blinds were damaged and dusty and all the surfaces felt icky. Certainly not quality for the price. It was cheaper and cleaner at nearby high end hotels.The interior looked ok in the advertisement but was not in reality. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were old and daggy. Cheap and tacky decor.We would not stay again nor recommend it to others.Host was out of contact for over a week. I was not refunded the correct amount when I amended my booking to reduce length of stay either.

Great property!

Great property, as described and advertised. Convenient location, comfy beds and everything required for our trip. Only thing we didn’t get was the wifi password- maybe a good idea to have it available at the property for guests to access rather than contacting the host. Easy check in and out with lockbox close by.

Great location and facilities

Lovely apartment and able to watch the constant activities on the river was entertaining. Close to shopping and CBD. Apartment was warm and cosy during winter. The pool and gym were great for the teenagers. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Anthony.

There was no key upon arrival, even after paying a late check-in fee. This came after travelling for 24hrs with a baby and communicating a late arrival with the owner due to a cancelled flight. We tried repeatedly to contact the owner without any success. We then needed to navigate the Melbourne CBD hospitality after midnight to try to find accommodation for the night-which is harder than it seems, as systems go offline after 12 unless you have a reservation. We spent an additional AUD150 for the 7 hour stay at a hotel just a street away from the apartment we booked and paid for months in advance. The next morning the owner said we can collect the key from the convenience store next to the apartment block-where its usually kept and said he would refund the AUD50 late fee-which obviously doesn't equate to what we spent the night before on an Uber and hotel, not to mention the added stress of having to find a place to stay at 1am with a baby. The apartment is well located and close to the Convention Centre and other points of interest. The building is safe and well maintained. This apartment could do with a deep clean, including walls and carpets. There is also a terrible odor and multiple diffusers in the space add to, instead of masking the smell. There is no wall of books or desks in bedrooms-if that is a need. Also only one set of keys is provided.We wouldn’t book this listing again, but would definitely consider other listings in the building.

Been living in Docklands for quite sometime and I must say it’s one of the best suburbs I have ever lived In due to its safety (being in the city) and close proximity to bars, cafe, casinos and amazing restaurants.

The marvel stadium is 5 mins walk from the apartment also with the Ice rings, Art gallery and Direct Factory Outlets (DFO) for your branded designers shopping at discounted prices.

There’s always a concert or two happening in Melbourne so make sure you check local listings on what’s happening.
