The Unit had fantastic views! We could see Whales and Sea Turtles from the deck. The unit needs to be updated though. Everything was clean, but worn. The shower lacked grab bars, the beach chairs needed replacement, one broke from corrosion. The umbrella was held together with duct tape. The chairs on the deck were also in need of replacement, they were not very comfortable. We did enjoy our stay. The location couldn't be better!

The location was suberb - right on Napili Bay beach!!
The property managers ( iTripMaui ) were very difficult to deal with. The day we checked, in the bathroom sink light & wall outlet stopped working. We left 3 voice messages & sent 2 emails. We even went to the address on all their correspondence to talk to them in person. That location was only used for storage. 3 days later we finally received a call from iTripMaui saying they had not received our phone messages but saw our emails. They would "send someone out".
The following day a handyman arrived. He was unable to fix the electrical problem - he said they would need to send an electrician. The handyman did glue 2 door louvers that were loose & he did provide us with a broom & dustpan. The original "broom" provided was an old, un-useable, spongless, spong mop. The electrical problem was finally fixed in the middle of the the day during our last day on Maui.
Unfortunately, iTripMaui did not embody the warm and welcoming Hawaiian spirit of Aloha that we have come to value and appreciate over our many years of visiting Maui.
