Location was great close to the the village and hiking trails..Cabin was beautiful!!..great amenities..great quality of appliances.. comfortable beds.. Family enjoyed this cabin for sure.
Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean. We loved the pools and hot tubs. Easy access to the beach. The views were amazing! Would stay here again!
Great experience in a beautiful cabin my family and I got to enjoy for a week. Although fires were going in around us, we were kept safe by the home owner or property manager and kept up to date on everything going on. The place was amazing, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️
Our family (including the dogs) had a lovely time! The cabin was clean and well maintained. Wonderful atmosphere and host was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.
We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to be together and also get our space. A lot of little touches to make our stay more enjoyable. We would stay here again.
If you need a getaway this is the place! Stunning cabin, stunning views, and so comfortable! Everything about this place is 5+ stars. I would not look any further when booking your next stay in Utah!
Quiet neighborhood in remote village. Relaxing and comfortable. Just remember if you stay here its a remote mountain village. Hops and diners close early.
Everything is exactly as you see in the photos. Many amenities were provided, including charging stations for phones. Everything is well maintained and clean. We did have one mishap with accessing the 4th bedroom (which you have to go outside to access) but the resident contact and owner were quick to respond and get it resolved. One Con for this lodge: There is ZERO closet space in the bedrooms. So if you're planning to bring "hangables", plan on hanging them on hooks and racks found throughout the lodge.
The property was beautuful, the pictures are a percect representation, the space is guge and all the best kitchen appliances, super white linens, confy beds and sofa, everything we needed. The BBQ is top notch abd the location is stunning! We were 3 families - 6 adults and 6 kids - and all felt we had enough space to enjoy ourselves, we never felt cramped. We couldnt stop talking about how nice this house is..we are coming back for sure:)

All the amenities!
This cabin was amazing! Upscale finishes throughout the residence made it a very comfortable stay. The common areas are large and could accommodate big groups easily. We loved using the fire pit outside and how secluded it felt even with the cabins nearby. There was tons of room both outside and inside and access to any activity we could think of with a quick drive into the village, cedar breaks or the many games and tvs included in the cabin. The ample bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully set up so that there was never a time we felt that something was lacking in our stay. We would stay here again anytime!
Everything was as expected, no major complaints. The amenities were useful and the location was very accessible. The path to the elevated and well lit fire pit was a nice addition. The only adjustments I would make is a railing for the stairwell, blinds in the bathrooms and fixing the boards on the deck. It was a little complicated going up and down the stairs each time. All in all, we would rent again and recommend this property to people we know.

Stay at Schautch Haus
This is a nice, spacious gathering place for a family—large kitchen, dining, and TV room. The bedrooms were adequately spacious, and the mattresses quite comfortable. The location is a bit tight with the neighbors without a problem, and at the same time remote. The home is well-appointed with necessities. The 4 rating is due to a need for some deep cleaning. The lights and chandeliers are an important factor that usually denotes an establishment's overall cleanliness. The one in the dining area was spotless—well done! However, the switch plates, cabinet handles and doors, and refrigerator handles were uncomfortable and grossly grimy. We spent time leaving those items cleaner than we found them. The grill and grill brush were unsatisfactorily soiled. A good cleaning is definitely in order! I did try to leave things better than I found them.Because of these items, when I asked my wife if she would rent here again, she had to think for a minute before replying, "Maybe."All in all it was a good and memorable experience for my family. At the date of our stay, it's a solid 4The 55% fees above the base cost of the rental were a big negative for me.
