The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check out on time  by 11 am   -Everything is back to where it belongs including furniture and other stuffs if you moved them around . Please put all furnitures covers back in place

-no dirty dishes / glasses left in the sink -close all the windows and doors - take out all garbage/ compost/ recycle to the bins ( marked 304 on them ) down by the bridge. 

-Nothing left in the fridge/ freezer During fall and winter, please lower the 3 floor heater controllers on 1st floor temperature to 12 degrees. Thank you very much, and have a safe trip back home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Questions upon check-in we're answered quickly in the app and the location itself, was lovely. Secluded near a rushing river and yet close enough that groceries and such were not a burden to get at the local shop.

We had a great time. They had everything a regular house would have available. The location was just right-not too far from Tremblant.The host was very accommodating and very prompt to respond to questions.

Excellent clean stay in lac superior

The place was entirely spotless and so clean - which was our best impression of the property! The kitchen was clean and adequate for our use. Our only complaint was not having TVs during the time we were there. But we had plenty of activities to do nearby and had an excellent stay!

Hi Stefanie, Thanks for your comments. Unfortunate we dont have regular TV channels, but we do have a smart TV on the 1st floor which you can sign into your own amazon or Netflix account. 2nd floor TV is on Chromecast, it might be a bit tricky. We will provide instruction to next guest and sametime we will look into other option such as buying another smart TV. Thanks for choosing our chalet! Happy new year to you and your family !

Lovely cozy chalet. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stuffed with everything you need. Host responded vey fast. Hope wifi could be more stable

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique chalet ! Tout était parfait et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour nous sentir comme chez nous. Le chalet est très agréable, confortable et chaleureux. Nous avons passé un moment fantastique et avons vraiment profité de chaque instant. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
