Palms 105: Cozy 3BR Beach Cottage with Gulf Views, Steps to the Beach

Palms 105 is a charming beach cottage that instantly provides guests with the classic beach house ambiance, steps away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter, the common area welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring ample seating and a streaming TV with Wi-Fi. The dining space, located towards the back, offers a table with six seats, perfect for gathering for meals.

To the left of the dining space is the kitchen, complete with pots, pans, dinnerware, a full refrigerator, stove and oven, countertop ice maker, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker. Please note that there is no dishwasher in this unit. The washer/dryer combo is conveniently nestled between the kitchen and dining space.

The SW master bedroom suite offers a queen bed, TV, dresser, closet, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The NE queen room provides a queen bed with a dresser and closet, while the SE queen room also features a queen bed with a dresser and closet. The common bathroom, located between the two east bedrooms, includes a shower/tub combo.

Outside, the wrap-around deck offers a delightful gulf view, with a small table and bench seating for enjoying the scenery. Under the house, guests can relax in the shade on a swing or at the picnic table, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Palms 105 is located on Pushmataha, just a 1-minute walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This cozy cottage is ideal for a relaxing beach getaway, providing the perfect setting for making lasting memories.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House rules:Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
