The suite was extreme clean. Easy check in, bright space. Beds were comfy. The only sub par was there were very few pots and pans , the kitchen pots and they were old and very stratched. No cling wrap/ foil wrap/ parchment paper. My only complaint

Clean and quiet basement apartment. I rarely heard the hosts upstairs, we had our own parking spot, communication was great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had limited essentials, which was fine for us as we didn't cook there.
