Hello! We made this reservation to come from Tularosa, New Mexico to see what retired life would look like in the pine strawberry area. Our cabin was delightful… It’s very clear that they pay attention to details. It was clean and very welcoming. We didn’t want for anything and enjoyed being able to see the deer and the elk right in our own yard. What a lovely place to stay… I’m sure people will enjoy it from all walks of life

Great house in a great neighborhood!! Close to amazing local restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for taking our dogs for walks, even had Elk and White Tail deer in the yard and throughout the neighborhood!! The fire pit was great for making smores and plenty of outdoor and indoor games. We had a GREAT stay and can't wait to return highly recommend to go!!!!

Perfect place to stay.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything you need and was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. The porch was the perfect space to animal watch and drink a cup of coffee. We had deer and elk drop by every morning and afternoon. Will definitely stay again.

Wow, just wow!! Remarkable cabin with no short cuts .. from the cleanliness, to the thoughtful design and amenities, this is your one stop shop for endless laughter and fun with the family . Every thing very well maintained. Lot of things to do within walking distance. Even has a message chair ! Complimentary wine, and s'more's.. if you’re looking to stay in the pine area, look no further, this is your spot .. elk in the front yard every day! This was more relaxing than our honeymoon to Fiji !

Great Place!

We loved this place! Very clean, our favorites were the firepit area, wine, and smores (all provided). Very peaceful neighborhood. We got to enjoy the elk in the morning and evening from the nice porch. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We didnt want to leave! We definitely want to come back. A perfect place in everyway. Thank you!Small note to host that living room remote stopped working. New batteries did not help but we just downloaded an app so no worries but might want look into for next guest.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this charming cabin in Pine, Arizona, and it was an unforgettable experience! This was the second time staying at the cabin and just like the first time it didn’t disappoint.The cabin was beautifully decorated, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. The warm wooden interiors made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck while soaking in the serene atmosphere. We saw lots of wildlife. In the morning and evening, there were elk that would venture onto the property.There were plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including hiking trails and streams to swim in. The fresh air and beautiful scenery were invigorating.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like cooking utensils, which made cooking a breeze.The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and adventure!

All-time favorite cabin in Pine!

This was one of our all-time favorite cabin in Pine! My husband and three kids go to Pine every November for our anniversary and this was probably the most comfortable, the cleanest, and most spacious (and quiet) cabin we've stayed in. There was so much attention to little details. All of the items and how well organized everything was made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The kids had the whole upstairs to themselves which was equipped with two twin beds, a reading/drawing nook, foosball table, and nightlights. The cabin also offered a lot of board games, kids axe throwing, horseshoes and a dog pen. We really enjoyed the beautiful firepit at night too! The location was perfect and close to all our riding trails and walking distance to our favorite restaurant, OCI. Gabrielle and Ryan were both very responsive, friendly, and eager to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. Thank you, Apple Sweet Retreat for a memorable vacation!

Heaven on earth

If there is perfection, this would be the place.. from the location to the beautiful decor to the well thought out amenities. They have thought of everything from outdoor activities for adults and children as well as pets to stay entertained all day and well into the night with the beautiful outdoor fire pit.(s'mores included). The spacious property has apple trees which attracted elk and deer. It did not seem real sitting on the porch staring at majestic elk standing a few feet away from you, just incredible. And that's just outside in there yard. The inside is just as amazing, everything you need, cable TV in the living room as well as the bed room, wi-fi, recliners, spacious rooms, the upstairs loft for the children is guaranteed to keep them entertained well past bed time, play area with plenty of games. My daughter and I spent quite a bit of time up there playing pool, foosbal and ping pong, keep in mind I'm 54yrs old and she's 22yrs old so imagine the kids. Just a perfect pristine place!Did not even mention doggy, door doggy beds plenty of linen,pillows, perfect temperature on the tank less water heater, just amazing.

Pictures don’t do this one justice!

This cabin is hands down the best use of a small space that I have ever seen! The main living room area is open and airy and the 2 adult size bedrooms are on the main floor which means that the upstairs bedroom and the loft landing create a completely separate and still safe space for the kids. With the foosball table, bean bag chair and all of the games and toys, we had no problem keeping the kids entertained after the sun went down. I highly recommend it & I want to reiterate that the pictures do not do it justice. The second adult room looks so tight in the pics that I wasn’t sure we could make it work, but I’m so glad we gave it a chance because there is plenty of room. If you are familiar with the area, you know that a lot of the roads and driveways are complicated to say nicely. This yard has wide open flat parking with room for multiple vehicles. We didn’t take our dogs this time, but it is nice to know that we are able to and you would never know that there were dogs because the place was spotless! Outdoor fire pit was awesome and you are definitely going to see elk in the yard when the weather is nice and they come out to get some sun. Owner was very responsive! Thank you for sharing your amazing space with us. We will definitely be back!
