The Homestead in Forest Lake sleeps 8 and on request May be pet friendly. This is a brand new fully renovated home.
This large open floor plan has two living / TV areas. A huge dining tables indoor and outdoor. A large kitchen with an opening servery window to connect the outside dining to the kitchen.
There is butlers pantry so all prep can happen inside keeping the kitchen clean and neat.
The perfect place for a large family or a couple of friend groups. This is a quiet family area-no parties.
There is a large double garage with internal access to the home. This is for the downstairs house only. Please do not park in the Driveway or in front of the house. Garage parking only.
There is a separate residence upstairs that can also be booked, the parking area at the front of the house is for this guest.

The area has beautiful parklands that surround a lake. It is also very central with easy access to motorways. Close access to shopping centres and transport. Great location for business or a little getaway.

What makes this property unique

The home has been recently renovated with everything new and fresh. It is very spacious and gives you the feel of luxury. Great for a large family or group of couples.
