Great 3-bed, 2-bath. Nice layout and two decks. Two short blocks to the beach. Very good communication with the owner. Rooms are a bit small, but we had 8 ppl, no issues. Everything worked well, and were very happy with our stay.

Cute Place in Great Location!

The place was super cute and perfect for a family of 4! So close to the beach (2 minute walk) and on a quiet and safe street. Lots that you can walk to!

Great spot!

Tom and Heidi’s place is a great spot in Ocean city! House is clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Very short walk to the beach, and close to Mallons sticky buns :) would stay again.

Property was perfect for us. Close enough to the beach access and everything else we did. We were worried about parking, given there is only one space, but we were able to park out front the entire time. We used both front and rear decks and the grill was a bonus. Well worth the price.

This is a fabulous place to stay for a vacation at the shore! When we were trying to decide which end of OC we wanted to stay, the pictures of this rental are what helped us make our decision, and we were not disappointed. Not only is the house clean and comfortable with new furnishings, the location could not have been better. It is a short walk to the beach access and this end of OC is divine. The beaches are wider than up towards the boardwalk and way less crowded. We loved it! Tom is also a great host. Very responsive to messages and helpful. Thank you from our family for a great week at the shore!

Perfect location on the Jersey shore

This was our first time in OC and we loved the area. Not to crowded, beach was nice and clean, and many services in the area. The property had enough space for our group of 8 and we really enjoyed the place. Just 2 blocks away from the beach! Tom was also a pleasure to deal with. Property was clean, but very close quarters for four people, can't imagine staying with more. Kitchen is small and set up poorly. Walking space in the master bedroom was very tight - i have bruises to prove it, and both bathrooms are tiny - we all showered outside because of that. For such limited space, there was an abundance of unnecessary decorative items on every surface. Not a bad place but not recommended for 4 adults.

We had a great week at Tom's place in Ocean City. This was our second time, having stayed here a few years ago. The house is clean and comfortable, and a quick walk to the beach. We love the southern end of the island where it's a little less crowded. The tile in the master bathroom shower needs to be replaced, and the washer/dryer are downstairs in a shared utility room. There's also no laundry basket to haul your clothes up and down the stairs so we wound up picking one up at the store. Neither of these things would keep us from returning, but just something to be aware of. Tom is great at communicating all the info you need ahead of time, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Ocean City Return

After about 45 years, my wife and I returned to the beach where she spent many years in her youth. We had our daughter and her 3 year old son with us. The week was perfect and the home was everything we wanted it to be. It was a fabulous return for my wife and it was my grandson’s introduction to the beach and the ocean and we had a ball!

We love Ocean City and having been renting for many years. This property had everything we needed for a wonderful week. It was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed having a deck in the front & back and made use of both during our stay. The grill & beach tags were a nice extra bonus that are usually not included in rentals. Tom, the owner, made the rental process very easy. We would definitely rent here again!
