This Platinum, corner residence is light and bright with wrap around windows and offers a family room with a wood burning fireplace and sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed and sleeper sofa, the second with two double beds, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

After a day of adventure, conveniently store your gear in the private ski locker or bike storage room before unwinding at the expansive patio area, which features a large year-round pool, two hot tubs, lounge chairs, grills, and a sauna with a private changing area. Two outdoor gas firepits provide the perfect setting to relax while taking in beautiful mountain views. For those traveling with a vehicle, Kiva offers complimentary covered parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and access to a convenient shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

This is a pet friendly unit with a charge of $100 per dog per night.

Property Improvement Notice:

The Kiva will undergo a roofing project from August 17 through November 1. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, along with temporary impacts to building access and appearance as work progresses. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No work will take place on Sundays.
