A Self contained apartment on the fourth floor with stunning ocean views of Palm Beach from the lounge/dining and bedrooms. Guests can relax on the NE facing balcony and enjoy the summer breeze or winter sun whilst whale watching during whale season.

There is also an outdoor pool/spa and BBQ area set amongst landscaped gardens, with an additional 1/2 court tennis court... racquets and balls provided. The beach is only a 2 min walk away and a beach umbrella/cabana/deckchairs/boogie boards + beach toys are provided.

There are 2 bedrooms both with ceiling fans (queen and 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms (newly renovated) .

Restaurants (including Palm Beach Surf Club) and Coles shopping centre are within walking distance and public transport is available at the front of the complex. The airport is a 10 min drive - Seascape is also on the bus route to and from the airport and the theme parks. Major shopping centres such as Pacific Fair are a 15min drive away.
