Rent this lovely waterfront condo on Pensacola Beach with views of the Gulf and the sound- you will not be disappointed! This tri-level home is in a very small private 32 unit complex with a large in-ground pool,, entertainment gazebo, tennis court and only a few steps from the beach. Enjoy sitting on the front or back patio with spectacular views of the Sound and the Gulf, and watch for marine life. There are outdoor showers for your convenience, and a downstairs storage unit for your use. The rear deck features dining overlooking the sound.
The interior is newly renovated and professionally maintained to ensure guest satisfaction. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in shower, jetted jacuzzi tub, and spectacular views. The guest room has one queen bed, full bathroom with tub and shower combo and a dressing table/chest to enjoy your coffee while admiring the beautiful view of the Gulf. The main floor is open with beautiful sliding doors that give access to the deck overlooking the water. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sink, garbage disposal, pantry cookware and dishes. A 4- seating bar looking into the kitchen and a table for 6 in the dining area, complete with seashell mirror art and tile floors. The living area is open and roomy with a queen sofa bed for additional guests. All fees and charges include hi-speed internet + cable TV in each bedroom and the living area, and a $200.00 per month allowance for other utilities ( electric and water/sewer) applicable for long-term rentals-one month or longer.
This beautiful home also has covered parking for 2 vehicles and access to beach and sound. A kayak and paddle board are available at your own risk for your use in the Sound. The location at the quiet west end of Pensacola Beach is adjacent to the National Seashore, Fort Pickens (an old fort and museum) and features 7 miles of undeveloped beaches and historical sites to explore! A major draw for many visitors every year. Bicycling is a popular sport on the island, rated one of the best sites in the US. We have many great restaurants famous for their seafood, and plenty of places with sandy playgrounds for kids to play. Downtown Pensacola is vibrant with activities, nightlife, and history.
