Room was a bit outdated. Toilet needs to be fixed. Woke one morning to dishwasher flooding. We hadn’t even used it??? The bed was super comfortable.

Fort Myers Beach

. Much of the landscape still boar the scars of the last big storm. The bedroom and living room were separated by a accoridan door that did not shut tight made it hard to sleep if you both did not go to bed at the same time. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We only had three towels for the shower for a week which I think was not nearly enough.

Nice unit, great view, wonderful beach. Concerns:1. TV instructions are way too complicated even with the help of an office person.2. Windows are extremely dirty. You have to go out on the balcony to see the view.3. No parking lot lights. It's very dark if you arrive at night or leave early in the morning.

It’s not really fair to rate condition around the property as they are still moving massive quantities of sand due to the past hurricane. The pool is clean and our bed was nice which is most important. They closed the pool for a day to repair which always makes us mad. It’s pretty loud right now due to large trucks. However we will go back because everything will be nice when it is done. The price is fair. Funny that all the units only sleep 4 at the most. Great weather!
