We love Sayulita and had a good stay at Casa Brooks overall. The location near North Beach is very convenient and less busy. The unit was well sized for us and pretty clean. The location just out of the town was within easy golf cart distance for nice restaurants, shopping, and enjoying the nightlife before an easy drive back to the complex.The pros: the views from both decks are very beautiful. The Montarosa grounds are well kept, safe, and the pool was clean. We were only one of a few guests in the complex at the time. Cons: The construction immediately adjacent to this unit disrupted the peace and quiet that we were seeking. Had we known about this ahead of time, we would have considered other options. We noticed it immediately at check in and the first trip out the balcony. Workers right below conducting all types of noisy construction: tile saws, rebar-cutting, hammering framing, pouring cement. 6 days per week at least 12 hours per day. One sunset, we had to endure ear piercing metal saw cutting rebar. This should be disclosed to all renters. The upstairs master suite airconditioning is undersized for the heat load in summer. It might be fine in winter but it was warm even running 24/7. The unit is minimally stocked with towels and don't forget your soap and shampoo.

Unfortunately with projects on other properties, we have no insight into their schedules for when they will be doing noisy construction but I understand that can be frustrating. Awesome place!

This place is great - the views can't be beat, it it spacious and comfortable, and the owners have thought of everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. The location is great, walkable or just a few minutes drive from the center of town, and close to a really nice beach. We loved it here!

This house, location, owners, property manager, and views are just absolutely the best. We absolutely enjoyed staying here and if we ever come back we would definitely stay here. Perfect views!

Casa Brooks far exceeded our expectations while in Sayulita. Marusa, the house manager, was there for questions, transportation arrangements and anything else needed. The accommodations were ideal for our family with each teen getting their own bedroom and bathroom. And the ocean views were spectacular!

Fantastic Week

Wonderful unit in a great part of town. Outstanding views. Clean well kept and great owner and easy to communicate property manager. My adult kids ( ages 20,21, 22 25) had a blast. Ez to beach; nice pool. Comfy outdoor nooks.

Sayulita

We had a great time in Sayulita. It was BEAUTIFUL and very humid but overall experience was awesome. We had some issues for about two days with the gate (remote controls) to the condo complex, but it was finally taken care of after that we had a great time at Casa Brooks.

Beautiful Views

We vacationed in June 2019 and it was beautiful. The views are stunning, property is clean and quiet, and is a short walk to a nice beach. Chris and Lisa stayed in touch with us before our trip to make sure we were all set when we arrived. Everything was great. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Casa Brooks!

Exceeded expectations

The information provided prior to the stay by the property manager Marusa made the trip. Between recommendations and arrangements we didn’t miss a beat, including: airport transportation, golf cart rental, private chefs, places to eat, onsite massages, etc. The views were spectacular, Casa Brooks had everything we needed and then some.

Great house with amazing views

Beautiful home in quiet area, the best part were the amazing views. Close enough to restaurants/bars but not right in the middle of it. We easily drove the golf cart to restaurants and main area at night and walked during the day. Across the street is the access to the beach, not the main beach area so it is a little quieter. The owners provide a lot of really useful info.
