Disappointing

Firstly the bottom sheets were crinkled so felt like someone had already been sleeping there. The towel rail fell off wall when placing a hand towel on. There was no curtain in bathroom and the obscure glass was cracked. Definitely nicer properties in Dunsborough we could have stayed for the money. And I think if they continue to put property on Stayz they should reduce the price. They could make the internal little things so much nicer by putting in an effort. We liked the location.

Hi Julie-ann, sorry you didnt enjoy your stay here; the sheets were clean that morning, they just dont get ironed, and to be fair this is the first time ive had a complaint about non-ironed sheets, ill pay attention to this in future. I didnt know about the towel rail, if you'd let me know i would have repaired/replaced whilst you were there, I will replace it today now I know its faulty. The cracked window is in the process of being replaced, apologies for that. Could you please let me know what internal additions you'd like to see? I'm very much open to making the place better for guests, so any feedback on this is always welcome, thanks!
