Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property on arrival was well below an acceptable standard. We found food on the floors, unclean dishes stored in cupboard, a used tea towel, and food residue in the microwave, along with copious amounts of dust and dirt throughout the home. These concerns were reported immediately to Harris Real Estate (the property manager) and while a representative attended, the follow up clean was minimal and did not adequately address the issues, floors remained unwashed etc. Given the accommodation price this was extremely disappointing and not reflective of expected standards. Regardless of this we thoroughly enjoyed Port Elliott and surrounding districts.
