Short drive to the ski resorts, the Village, and the lake. Close to National Forest hiking trails and Erwin Lake Park.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, bonus room, 1.5 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Bonus room has a daybed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Fully fenced yard and front deck.
PARKING - 2 car driveway, must have 4X4 vehicle and chains

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
