Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

The property could have been cleaner but with that out of the way, everything else was really great. The place is decorated nicely and the location perfect if you love the beach and the Pier. Check in and out was easy and the management company was very responsive to my messages. Would probably stay here again!

100 steps to the beach.. 20 steps to the pool! The condo came with everything you need & is walking distance to plenty of restaurants! Only negative is the beds are not the most comfortable.. very firm. However, I would not let that deter from us visiting here again. We were so delighted with our stay here!

The Condo was so nice. Ground level made it easy to get out to the beach and pool. We loved that the property was gated all the way around with codes. Loved that this place had everything even a pack n play and crockpot. The company stayed in contact making sure we were happy throughout our stay.

Everything was as described and pictured in the condo. The condo was in immaculate condition and the manager Zareh was super helpful and prompt in answering questions. The condo is on the first floor and its parking is just outside the door, which is perfect. The proximity of the condo from the beach, and the private beach and pool access makes this a no brainer.

Beautiful place w/ wonderful amenities

Looked exactly like the pictures, very clean, spacious place. Provided all the amenities one could wants, from laundry detergent to beach chairs and towels. I couldn't have asked for more. Zareh was great at communicating and responded very quickly to any questions. Within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. If I'm ever back in Cocoa Beach, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great Condo @ Cocoa Beach Towers

Condo was well decorated. It has a Keurig that uses k cups and ground coffee. Unit has a washer and dryer in the condo. Loved the ground floor unit. Easy unloading of stuff from car. Easy access to pool and beach. Putting course right outside condo patio. Great location - close to Ron Jon's Surf Shop, the pier, shopping and restsurants. Property Management was responsive and easy to reach. Highly recommend Cocoa Beach Towers and Happy Palms.

In total the stay was OK. However, several things were out of sorts. The floors were filthy, all my socks were black at the end of the day. there were light switches that did not that didn't control anything, ceiling lights with the only control on the fixture, the dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner were in the middle of the shower stall and should have been at the end. I kept running into them when showering. Some information would have been helpful on the working of the TV.

Best Management Ever!

We were visiting Florida for my son's wedding and stopped in Cocoa Beach for a little getaway before heading to Tampa for the wedding. I accidentally left my jewelry case in the nightstand and did not realize it until we were already in Tampa. I texted Zareh and explained my dilemma. He spent the whole day tracking down my jewelry and found it! I truly appreciate the work he put into doing this.The place was very comfortable and there were lots of chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach towels to make our visit easy. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much it was exactly how it was listed and what we wanted. We wanted plenty of R&R m, beach and pool just walking distances away. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Just a suggestion for the second guest bedroom where the TV is it’s hung in an awkward place because you have to position yourself awkwardly to see it. It should be placed in front facing the bed not off to the side, it didn’t have an extension to pull it out from the wall, also there should be blackout curtains in that second bedroom to keep out the light from the outside of the complex although their were blinds, it still didn’t keep out the light from shining in. Other than that room small issue, we all had a great stay! Thank you!
